You can book a shared houseboat for 24 hours online prior to your trip. If it is a double decker then the experience even better. Most of the houseboats commence between 10–12 in the noon. You are supposed to reach the mentioned pick up point before time.

Once boarded, you will be guided to our room. It will be clean and spacious with attached washroom and a cooler. Four families can share a medium houseboat. They have fixed time slots for all 3 meals. For non veg people specially fish lovers, lunch would be heavenly.
You can spent the evening on the upper deck which is really nice. Snacks and tea were also served.
